Thanks, I have found a solution. Create a package_name.install file i
the Debian folder. In this file specify any files/folders to include in

Hi all,
I intend to package a web based application which does not contain a
build system - no Makefile etc.
What is the best way to approach this situation in my package? Create a
Makefile or whatever?

Hi all,
Someone knows what is holding sun-java6-jdk at 6.04 while the rest of
the sun-java6 packages are upgraded to 6.05? This situation prevents
upgrades of all java packages.

I am looking for a sponsor for my package "gnome-mplayer".

In that case I have decided to move it out of the deb-pacakages and
only leave it in source as it has nothing to do with the usage of the
packages on Debian. Could only be of interest to developers who will

But, keep in mind that dh_make is never perfect, you
always need to review what it has done, afterwards.
you are right, but using it gives you a tremendous boost.
