No, it was not intentional, but I think it was still the defaults from
the debmake

When I prepared the package for the PAHO MQTT C++ library between the
years, I was still hopeful that the package might make it into the
Bullseye release.
But maybe I'll get lucky and find a sponsor at the last second.
