cgi script question: copied or linked?

Hello, First of all thanks to everyone who responded to my message asking about version numbers. The prog I am packaging is a perl script that can also be used as a cgi program. Should I copy it to /usr/lib/cgi-bin or just make a symlink from /usr/lib/cgi-bin/ to /usr/bin/ ? Thanks in advance.

Hello, I packaged a program that had 1.52 as upstream version number. Debian version number was 1.5.2-1 Now there is a new version upstream version numbered 1.6. Should I number it 1.6-1 or 1.6.0-1? I hope this question is not too stupid. If it is please point me to the appropiate documentati

Hello, I am starting my adventure as a debian developer. After taking a lot finaly I will give back a tiny bit. I want to start packaging dejasearch (http://homemade.hypermart.net/dejasearch/). I am reading the debian developer referenc and have started the process to apply to become a member.
