qatzip is part of the QAT family of projects; already qatlib is in
Debian sid and I've also got qatengine also waiting for sponsorship. The
packages are already in Ubuntu as qatlib, qatzip and qatengine, so
renaming qatzip will cause some package naming confusion Ubuntu
