Searching for Advocate

Maintainer. So, I'm looking for someone who can be an Advocate for me and someone (maybe the same) for signing my gpg key. (I work at the University of Marne La Vallée and I live in Paris 13e). Thanks, Julien ALLALI. PS: If someone has some advices, fill free to tell them to me :)
