Applying a patch to package and after recompiled and installed, from
sources.list is there available same version of package (ufficial
version).
How change my own version of package as next of actual version? But
keeping the correct if new version will be available.

How are win/getopt.* licensed? As I understand it, the original IBM
license applies only to the code that is copyrighted by IBM. But what
about portions that "are Copyright (C) 2008, PlexFX"?

about the Lintian errors I just verified that when i did the "debuild
-S -sa" i will not get errors, and i thought was enough, so i'm going
to read more about lintian ;)
Lintian can check both source and binary packages. So try without -S. :)

Python modules should be byte-compiled. You probably want to use
dh_python3 for this purpose.
I tried to make this work, but failed. No matter how I invoke
dh_python3 it just won't create the bytecode files. Maybe an issue with
paths?
