Two new packages for debian: runawk and paexec

Can anybody please review and upload two new packages for Debian described in #519443 and #575717. I'm author of these programs and have prepared Debian packages. But I'm neither DM nor DD. I'd like to maintain my own software in Debian, but if anyDD/DM want to maintain them, this whould be ideal.
