I was just wondering what the status was of gpg and its relation to the
debian project. Can new developers user gpg keys instead of pgp keys (it
always struck me as a bit odd to have a free distribution scheme that
relies so heavily on a program with all the distribution issues as pgp).
I was read

just
can't seem to get past the initial loading of the kernel at the very begining.
As
I said earlier, my ThinkPad reboots itself when it tries to load the Kernel.
Then
it repeats the process over and over again. I

I've got a feeling I'm missing something really obvious here. I'd like
to adopt the orphaned mpich package, so I mailed the wnpp. I first
mailed them a bit over a week ago, but I was a bit confused (I hadn't
properly read the documentation at the top of the page) so I sent

I've taken over maintaining an already packaged program. Should I
upload to frozen so that I'll be the maintainer-of-record when it
becomes stable? Does the fact that I've found and fixed a very minor bug
have any influence on this?
I know what the developer's reference says, but I've somehow got
