As I understand, this seems to be problem that is related to a recent update of
the Boost package [1]. Sadly, we will have to wait before it gets fixed.

Sorry for the delay and thanks for your help!
I have applied all the required fixes (notably to the default configuration
file and to the manpage). All my integration tests pass.
As far as I am concerned, the package is now ready for upload.
