I pushed a new package r-cran-nmf to alioth, but there are still several
dependencies that need to be packaged (I plan to work on them soon).

Dear Andreas,
I saw you changed the version of the package r-cran-registry. As I
understand it the upstream version in 0.3 (see
https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/registry/), and I already added -1
for the debian version. I think the new version 0.3-1-1 is not correct.

I've changed the copyright file on the package r-cran-fastmatch as the
ftp-master suggested. (Everything else should be fine as Andreas checked
the package before the previous upload.) Could somebody rebuild it and
upload, please?

I updated the new upstream version for r-cran-phangorn. I realised that I
my e-mail in some commits is wrong, does anybody know how can I fix it?
