RFS - Fixes for #1014104,#1016454

Hello team, I've fixed the autopkgtest regressions for megadepth[1] and mothur[2]. For megadepth the upstream[3] currently doesn't support architectures outside x86. So as a workaround we may have to skip the tests in s390 arch. Requesting someone to review and sponsor these packages[4][5].
