salsa.debian.org:r-pkg-team/r-bioc-affxparser.git In the queue are oligo and finally ArrayExpress. There is quite some compilation going on for affxparser, so this may well be worth to package. I had found that package only _after_ I had manually addressed the same. Sigh. Steffen
