Indeed. I had a couple of students who came up with STRAP
by themselves to get alignments with structures together,
much like Cn3D ... or Jalview.

Hi Carlos,
Thanks for the answer. Do you know when you are going to do another
source release of Ginkgo-CADx ? It would be nice to remove the debian
directory, this will make the packaging a little easier for us.
