Aloha! I started to look this package. It's not so simply :P. I started to look test_subcmd_06_plot.py, but I began to suspect that the tests depend on each other, but I'm not sure, anyway I debuged test_subcmd_04_anim,py and I looked that in pyani/run_multiprocessing.py(147)multiprocessing_run

Aloha, I have attempted to bump the version of python-pyani to 0.2.13.1 but the test suite of the module is giving me many difficulties, and I don't expect to sort them all by myself timely. I would welcome help from someone more fluent with Python than I am to finish the job. The git repository
