Hello Andreas,
I was working on filo and find out something. Filo binaries goes to
/usr/lib/filo section and i think it is wrong . They make these changes
because binary names are too generic should i make link them to bin
directory with filo-* like name ?

Hello ,
Main problem is package dont provide a binary named ncbi-tools6 :) There
are different binaries inherited from this package like blast2 and
ncbi-tools-bin so my test must work on two binaries from ncbi-tools6
package . Am i clear now ?

from apt-get install so test broke . There is 2 package i have blast2 and

work also there is no command like cd-hit when i install the program. So as
