Help needed for bioperl-run autopkgtest error

Hi, in our sprint I've fixed two issues in bioperl-run autopkgtest. Unfortunately there is a remaining issue as you can see in Salsa CI[1] Test Summary Report --- /usr/share/pkg-perl-autopkgtest/runtime-deps-and-recommends.d/syntax.t (Wstat: 256 (exited 1) Tests: 8 Failed: 1)
