lets try again...
I'm trying to create a USB pendrive Debian Live but because i use tsocks to
make updates and upgrades i have a issue.
# mkdir debian-live
# cd debian-live
# lh config -b usb-hdd -p lxde-desktop
# lh config --checksums disabled

but I've seem some pretty beautiful shell programming, so I'm a better

Seriously, I expect the fine manual will catch up (if I'm right!)

auto/config below. (I'm aware it's overspecified, but I've tried a lot of
different combinations!) having localhost:3142 everywhere works, except
that it ends up in the image of course. I can apt-get update/upgrade the
building machine fine with the above apt Acquire settings.

Is there a good way to do this, or will everything end up having to be sudo'd?
Thanks,

http://live.debian.net/manual/html/live-manual.en.html#495
So it might be user-setup rather than debconf... off to try it now!

I whole-heartedly agree with Michael.
It all gives the impression that there is an emerging bourgeoisie who would
rather obstruct something than not control it. This concerns me, as a
righteous proletarian. I thought FOSS was all about working code, and
permitting other people to build on that
...and I am very glad!
