Despite being one of the base_debs package, pciutils is missing in some
live images.
I tried to find why but I have no clue.
One can find pciutils in cinnamon, gnome and standard images:

I did a quick smoke-test of the live session for each amd64 isos.
Some notes:
* cinnamon is in a much better shape than last time, the two biggest
issues are fixed (actually ships with a default terminal emulator, no
more pop-ups on login)
* gnome is still good overall, but we sho

I'm curious, which ISO images did you use?
The released buster 10.9 images [1], or some bullseye images?
