Could it be that your script is returning an error code? According to the
docs[1]: "If this command returns an error the session will not start".

I'm using this express-made address because personal addresses aren't
masked enough at this mail public archive. Public archive administrator
should fix this against automated addresses collectors.

Hi,
It would be nice to have spice-vdagent installed by default in the live
cd.
That would allow the users using it in kvm to copy/paste from/to the
host.
With systemd, the spice-vdagent daemon should only start if it's running
inside kvm.

Hi Pablo
Yes thanks for your reply. I've been busy with work lately and so I'm in
the process of checking that now.
And I forgot to indicate before that it's a stretch build.
That script has been working for jessie for some long time now though
without error.

Just ran the script from the live session manually. No errors indicated.

I can't speak about how debian's system of mirrors might affect zsync,
but for linuxcnc's images I've seen substantial savings with zsync,
typically 80-85% reduced data transfer when downloading the next .iso
image.
One thing I just discovered is that zsync apparently can't handle https:
URLs! :-
