Attached are some patches for live-wrapper git head.
bootloader.py
=
* Change 'f' to 'langlist_file'. More human readable and linting friendly.
cdroot.py
==
* Update class to use modern style.
* Add file head text. Based on original commit.
Both patches include minor trail

This leaves images very out of date. Images should have all the latest
packages.

i fall into the same bug while upgrading from jessie to stretch.
Note however that, with the version of live-build shipped with stretch
(20170213) and the '--distribution' set to 'jessie', there is no problem,
so the issue seems to come from a difference of behaviour between both
version of m
