When there are multiple kernels, there remain /vmlinuz.old
and /initrd.img.old on chroot, so I attach another proposed patch to
clean those files.

I've been suggested to split the bug into two. I'll let this one deal
with regenerating apt-file cache and I've filled new one to deal with
extra cleaning.

I have noticed that I have made a mistake in patch for regenerating apt-file
cache. I am attaching fixed one.
