change file in initramfs generation

Hi guys, I wonder to modify a initramfs inside binary.img I was reading a FAQ below: http://wiki.debian.org/DebianLive/FAQ#Q.3AHowdoIchangerootoranyuserpassword. But, when a binary.img was created, the new file wasn't in initrd.img inside binary.img. How can I put the changed file there? Than
