Steps to reproduce:
1. Create image with live-build
2. Add integrity-check to boot params
3. Boot it
Integrity check should be performed, but this step is skipped.
This probably happens because of addition of the first 6 lines of description

mailinglist. marco then patched it as desired, and fixed version was
uploaded to sid couple of hours ago.

lh_binary_md5sum does this already for you.

since the "integrity-check" boot options does not work (#507477), while I'm
looking at a fix for it I wonder if it makes sense how it is intended to work
at all.
As intended now, it checks via md5sum the content of the media (e.g the cd)
