Bug#586929: live-helper: packages not cached on failed build

Package: live-helper Version: 2.0~a14-1 Severity: normal When build fails the chroot is left as is but the downloaded packages are not added to the chroot package cache. The same probably applies to bootstrap, etc. Obviously, some of the packages so cached might be useless when the build fails.
