menu to select entries from.

I set LH_DEBIAN_INSTALLER="live" in config/binary and added the
"debian-installer"-package to config/chroot. Then I built a livecd and booted
the livecd with the boot option: live debian-installer. But the installer
didn't start. Then I tried the boot option: live live-installer. No success.
