Dear Oliver,
good to hear that you have solved your problem.
Just for the record. I am using Lenny but not live-helper from stable
but from git, checked out on the 13th of July 2009.
Cheers,
Gerhard

I solved the problem. It was because of a wrong configuration of the window

Hello Gerhard,
thank you for your answers. I tried out quite the same . As described in my
first post I tried:
lh_config -b iso --bootappend-live "locale=de_DE.UTF-8 keyb=de"
In config/chroot I set only the following options:
SYSVINIT="enabled"
Language="de"
Packagelist="xserver"
Packages="Sele
I forgot to mention that I also use the parameter --language "de" of
lh_config.
Hope this helps,
Gerhard

Right Alt-key works fine
exit (of the GUI)

I have a new information: The command dexconf has nothing to do with the
problem. If I boot from the LiveCD, enter the command "startx", close the GUI
(=stop the x-server) and enter "startx" again, then the "AltGr" key works. But
why does the "AltGr" key doesn't work when I start the x-server th
Hello,
I have a problem with the German keyboard layout. The German keyboard has a key
called "AltGr" between the spacebar and the win key. You need this key if you
want to enter e.g. "@" or "~" or "}". For example if you press the keys "AltGR"
+ "q" simlutaneously you get the "@" sign.
