Some BIOSes dont't boot from partitions starting at sector 1024.
Some are even more peculiar and only start from sector 63.
This patch adds an option for the binary_hdd target to manually

Some time back in July I've sent a pull request. I'm resending this patch since
I find it quite useful and it took me some effort to find out why I could not
get some computers to start from live-build USB-Sticks.
