Today I was traying to expose this question on IRC and I've only got a

Normal debian installer is running when live-installer/enable=fal

I try put inside .disk usb image directory a base_include file
creating .disk/base_include on config/binary_local-includes directory
but don't work.
This patch resolve the problem but I don't know if is the right way to do it.

bootstrap-base_1.115_i386.udeb file on config/binary_local-udebs/
directory but not was successfull. The udeb is not on pool nor
install/initrd.gz. I tried anna-install bootstrap-base unsuccessfully

When select Text install on syslinux everything works but grub install
don't work.
