now am on sid ;)
but whenever i try:
lb config --distribution sid --archive-areas "main contrib non-free"
--packages "vim-nox alsa-utils python csound vorbis-tools sox mpg321
lame"
lb build
in the beginning it says that there's no option --packages
and fails by saying
"unable to locate auto"

woke up this morning and booted ubuntu-maverick and read your reply
made a new dir and mv-ed a file with "lh config ." "lh build" script in it
yes i had a wrong lh config in it and the error came out when i reran
the file after fixing the config cmd

well the size of my system at / itself is only about 1.8GB
but now it is installed on a 6GB volume

building a 400MB.iso consumed nearly 4GB of / volume last time
