What repository are you trying to add. Most will have instructions on where
their key is located or at least how to get it.
If the repository is your own I suggest you read this page and it will tell
you what to do

The 369 line in page no. 35 of the debian live build manual reads:
You should also put the GPG key used to sign the repository into
config/archives/your-repository.key.{binary,chroot} files.
My question is simple, how and where should I find the GPG key for the
repository in question
