as said, there is no installer in jessie, use the installer from sid or
use installer daily builds on your jessie live image.

The lb_build works fine with wheezy and sid; but fail whith jessie.
I can't make a live image with live installer or netinst
The problem is the same with live-build 3.0
May be not a bug of live-build but a file missing on ftp.debian
