When you have --architecture i386
you don't have to put --linux-flavor "486 686-pae"
because it will get both automatically.
If you only want 686-pae then you use --linux-flavor "686-pae" or likewise
if you only want 486 you only put --linux-flavor "486"

you can specify apt proxy through lb config, that should do it. if it

During "lb bootstrap_archive-keys" at the end of it it does a
