I have asked this question quite a while ago: How do I keep kernel and
module files out of the main squashfs?
For the longest time, the answer I got back then worked very nicely
for me - a config/binary_rootfs/excludes that looks like this:

/vmlinuz*

I am using debian live v1.0.3. I am using rkiosk on my Debian 5.0.3 on
Iceweasel 3.0.6 and it works fine. However on the live system I get an
error saying that it's not compatible with Iceweasel 3.0.6. Has anyone
seen this problem?
