I solved the problem. It was because of a wrong configuration of the window
manager JWM. You must change in the file .jwmrc the line
nextstacked
into
next

lh_config -b iso --bootappend-live "locale=de_DE.UTF-8 keyb=de"
In config/chroot I set only the following options:

lh_config.
