Bug#1077235: lintian: arch-dependent-file-not-in-arch-specific-directory shouldn't trigger for binaries in libexec/

Package: lintian Version: 2.117.0 Severity: normal Hi, as said in the title, and unless I'm mistaken, libexec directory contains executables, not libraries, so it shouldn't trigger arch-dependent-file-not-in-arch-specific-directory, just like *bin/. I'll try to make a MR on Salsa soon. Cheers,
