The Apache comment got me reading (Hello from legal-disc...@apache :) ).
I thought I'd mention that clause 3 doesn't seem like an advertising
clause to me; just attribution. Including the text below in a LICENSE,
NOTICE or a COPYING would seem to cover clause 3.

I have an LGPL Java library (jgrapht) that uses some classes from
another library (touchgraph).
jgrapht is LGPL-2.1+. touchgraph uses a modified form of the Apache 1.1
