I'm trying to install the ALSA drivers on my sony fx210 laptop. I have
installed
alsa-base
alsa-utils
alsaconfig
from testing. When i run alsaconf i get the following error:
modprobe: Can't locate module snd
cat: /proc/asound/version: No such file or directory
alsaconf continues and i select m
In an update from the unstable repository, my computer picked up a bit
of a glitch that i've had some trouble tracking down.
Every 5 seconds, my computer hangs for a split second. It is most
annoying because the touchpad doesn't respond and is therefore quite
jumpy.I can see the glitches clea
