Hi all,
I have a HP Pavilion ze4500 laptop with Debian sarge. I'm trying to
configure my external CRT interface to see me output in a external
screen. In text mode, everything is working. But, X mode doesn't work. I
can't see anything in the external screen.
Should I change my XF86Config file?

I have a DP83815 National Semiconductor ethernet card. What can I do for

~ arguments I must to provide for modprobe command to configure my card
to 10Mbps?
Thanks,
Jansen

esd as its sound server (correct if I am wrong) then
using the alsa version may create that funny noise. But when in the
console, it won't use the sound server, getting rid of the noise.
