sarge on Acer doesn't boot

Hi, I installed Debian Sarge on my new Acer TM 4001WLMi, but after install it doesng boot. Only with parameter pci=off or pci=conf2 it boots otherwise it's freeze on message "linux agpgart interface" but pci deviecs doesn't work. I use kernel 2.6.8.1. Mandrake with the same verison of kernel bo
