swsusp question

Hi has anybody succedeed in using swsusp & xfs & acpi with kernel 2.4.20? I have to use ACPI because of a strange bios behavior (with apm the cpu fan gets started to late and the system crashes), and i use xfs for my root partiton. when I try to compile it with all these patches aplied, I get an
