1. You run the command "X -configure" successfully and it created the new
config file /root/xorg.conf.new.
When I installed the system, it ran perfectly. And now, when I give this
command aggain( installed other drivers, had to rerun Xorg --configure
command) I get the segfault error.

I read that the fglrx driver is a little better optimized for my video
card, than the radeon - there were many issues with it, for example
overheating. So that shouldn't be a problem, furthermore it was still
installed, when I first run the Xorg -config
