i checked the cables (RJ-45) a view times .. (tried with some others too)
the hub shows me that 2 clients are connected, both with 10 Mbit (pcmcia
Card shows also that connect and the leds are blinkin)
if i try to ping my laptop it dont wo

3. did pcnetconfig
4. added the card section in /etc/pcmcia/config
4. restartet the pcmcia services, and now a eth0 device is shown
with the option

ok, i tried to configure my TRENDnet TE100-PCBUSR Card with my Samsung
GT8000 ..
I installed the net install with the pcmcia packages, the right modules
for the pcmcia bus are loaded and the leds are blinkin ;)
so i tried to set up the card with pcnetconfig.
