just change /etc/module.conf with:

and

then restart the linux (do I have to restart ?)

How to remove the old sound module. Because the oss driver will not work
if I still have one in the kernel.
Is that enough just : modprobe -r sound ?

you said 94 bytes ??? i think it is too small try to download it again .

containt an error message like this:
FTP Error
FTP Error
Could not login to FTP server
Actualy, I have the license key from opensound already, but its still

sometimes this kind of errors occurs, when you download a TAR file
with some of the MicroSoft products. Try `lynx' or FTP.
