Cardmgr freezes at shutdown

Hi, I've got a problem with cardmgr at shutdown. I have a 3C575 pcmcia card. During the boot, everything runs ok, but at shutdown, when cardmgr will stop, it freezes with a single continuous beep. Could someone help me? -- []'s Emir Carlos Emir Mantovani Macedo Ár
