Hi,
yesterday I updated the fglrx-driver from 8.42.3-1 to 8.42.3-2. After
that although xvinfo tells me I have XVideo extension, I find
glesx exec program failed
in my Xorg log and Mplayer fails with Error Code: 2 when running with
-vo xv.
Can't downgrade, because the old package is gone...an
Hi,
I'm running Lenny on a Thinkpad T60 with ATI X1400 GPU. Kernel is
2.6.18-4 from testing, fglrx driver is 8.36.5-1 from experimental, xorg

Hi,
thinkwiki has a lot info on this subject. Especially about the
"always-on" problem. I have now a hp pavilion ze4417ea with the AMD
Athlon XP-M, when I scale down to 530Mhz about 70% of the time the fan

Intel Laptop.
