easily be done with
laptop-net, guessnet etc, but I didn't find a way to change between
the 2 NICs. As more and more laptops have both builtin there should
be a way to do this!?

Within all these enviroments there exists a DHCP server and a DNS of course.
My local exim on the laptop is configured to use "mail" as a smarthost for
sending mail. Works quite good. :)
