Help with Xfree86 on Woody

I have installed woody on a Samsung Sens Pro 500. I have been unable to get startx to work. I have tried modifying the XF86Config-4 file but with no success. The video card driver is Cirrus Logic GD7548 .Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Parag
