t; tutorial for gnus or mutt?
I use my own imapua.el which works in emacs as gnus does... but it
isn't as mad as gnus. It only works with an imap server though.

I would recommend these laptops to anybody. They're really light, very
powerfull and they run debian out of the box.
But, in general, Ubuntu is still easier on many different hardware
platforms.

But you're right, it's really a question of getting your sysadmins to
turn the 192 dhcp server off (or at least give you a static mapping on
the 142 dhcp server).

using the wrong

Make sure you have dhcp3-client, I had lots of funny problems till I
switched to that version.

I get the version difference message too... but my card works fine.
Have you set the frequency correctly? And configured the other
variables on the card (eg: mode).

hing to do with the video mode switch to
