fine once I downloaded Woody's
version of the package to get support for my LinkSys EtherFast Modem/NIC
combo, and all's copacetic. I'm still trying to get the apm settings down
pat, but that's my only nag.
Mine only has 32MB of RAM, so I limit my use of X to fvwm2: no fancy desktop

Kind regards,

k with that. Is there an alternate X
server I can download, an XF86Config file that outperforms what
xf86config/XF86Setup can produce, or some other bit of arcana I'm missing
(like maybe I heard wrong and I have to live with what I have ;-) )?
Running a completely up-to-date Potato.
Thanks,
Mi
