Can't find a driver that works for my built in ethernet port. The device id
is 8086:1059.
None of the obvious drivers work (eepro100,eexpress,eepro,etc). Any ideas?
Please CC me, as I am on the road for the next 2 weeks. Thanks.

can use at work to
connect to the LAN, but I must say that I was quite depressed. Not really
any sense having a linux laptop that can't connect to the internet remotely.
Are Win modems ever going to be supported? I suppose that is up to the
manufacturers...bleh, how depressing.

e I want to do a non-destructive repartition, do you
guys recommend fips, or should I just bite the bullet and fdisk? What
partition sizes do you recommend? Any tips you might be able to give me
would be much appreciated.
